How county subscriptions work

Billing is per county, not by account-wide tiers.

• Flex County — pick the counties you want. An annual base fee per county unlocks a batch of the newest historical leads in that county; after that, each new lead that arrives is billed monthly (metered), capped per month.
• Flex County Pro — no base fee: you're billed only for the leads in your selected counties, monthly, with the same monthly cap.
