Available export formats

Once a county is unlocked, every download batch is available in three formats:

• CSV — universal, opens in Excel / Google Sheets, columns include all owner contact and property fields.
• Excel (.xlsx) — same data with sortable headers and column widths set.
• PDF — printable summary cards, good for field work and sharing with team members.

Downloads count against your plan's daily / monthly quota — visible on the Downloads tab.
