Changing your plan or cancelling

Plans are per county, so you add or remove counties rather than switching account tiers. Manage them from Membership → Subscriptions.

• Add a county — subscribe to any eligible county at any time.
• Cancelling — cancel a county subscription anytime. You keep access through the end of your current paid term, and you won't be billed again for that county.
• Already-unlocked leads stay accessible even after a subscription ends — cancelling never removes leads you've already unlocked.

Payments run through Stripe; update your card or download invoices from the Billing tab.
